I know I’ve flooded FB and Instagram w half naked pix of me the past few days and I’m sorry not sorry lol. I’ve never felt so good about myself. I’ve looked at these pix over and over again. Do I have chiseled abs, no. Am I sucking it in in all of these pix, yes. But I look fucking awesome. I still have work to do. I am not where I want to be but I’m am making progress and getting there. Certain IG comments that people made recently on one of my pix really upset me. The “pouch” comment by whoever that was and jens comment really made me sad. Who says things like that? If you don’t think I look good that’s fine (90% of the time id agree) just don’t say anything then. Does it make you feel good to put other people down? The one person is a guy so whatever but as a girl I would NEVER make a comment like that. I know I’ve talked a lot about me lately I’m sorry to keep posting things but that’s what the Internet is for right? Positive comments and feelings about myself are helping me keep eating better and make me want to work out more. It’s about positive body image. If I keep thinking/posting stuff ill believe it more and ill have more self confidence. I’m loving myself more and that’s huge

HEALTHY THICK & CHEWY VEGAN WALNUT BROWNIES
makes about 12 brownies:
- 1 cup of flour (wholegrain to make it super healthy)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 3/4 cup of 100% cocoa powder
- 1 cup rice milk or soy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of apple sauce
- 1/2 cup or more of crushed walnuts
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl; in a separate bowl combine all moist ingredients. Once both mixtures are well stirred, slowly add the wet part to the dry part. Mix until its a nice chocolatey mess. To check taste and consistency have a little try and add whatever you feel is lacking, i.e. more sugar, more vanilla or maybe some nutmeg?
Poor the finished mixture into a greased cake tray and pop it into a preheated oven at around 200 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. To make sure its baked all the way through stick a clean sharp knife into the brownies; if the knife comes out with no brownie residue it’s ready. Enjoy!
P.s. Adding some chocolate spread as glazing makes these brownies extra delicious.
Because I feel bad if I don’t reblog…
STROKE: Remember The 1st Three Letters… S.T..R …
My friend sent this to me and encouraged me to post it and spread the word. I agree. If everyone can remember something this simple, we could save some folks.
During a party, a friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine and just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes. (they offered to call ambulance)
They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food - while she appeared a bit shaken up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening. Ingrid’s husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00pm , Ingrid passed away.)
She had suffered a stroke at the party . Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Ingrid would be with us today.
Some don’t die. They end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead. It only takes a minute to read this…
A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke…totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.
RECOGNIZING A STROKE
Remember the ‘3’ steps, STR . Read and Learn!
Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster.
The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.
Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions :
S * Ask the individual to SMILE ..
T * = TALK. Ask the person to SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently) (eg ‘It is sunny out today’).
R * Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS .
If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call the ambulance and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.
NOTE : Another ‘sign’ of a stroke is
1. Ask the person to ‘stick’ out their tongue.
2. If the tongue is ‘crooked’, if it goes to one side or the other that is also an indication of a stroke.
A prominent cardiologist says if everyone who gets this e-mail sends it to 10 people; you can bet that at least one life will be saved.
And it could be your own.
First reblog post that actually saves a life.
This is a life-saving post.

My uncle had a stroke a few years back before his wife died of breast cancer.
BRAD PITT ABOUT HIS WIFE :
My wife got sick. She was constantly nervous because of problems at work, personal life, her failures and children. She lost 30 pounds and weighted about 90 pounds. She got very skinny and was constantly crying. She was not a happy woman. She had suffered from continuing headaches, heart pain and jammed nerves in her back and ribs. She did not sleep well, falling asleep only in the mornings and got tired very quickly during the day. Our relationship was on the verge of a break up. Her beauty was leaving her somewhere, she had bags under her eyes, she was poking her head, and stopped taking care of herself. She refused to shoot the films and rejected any role. I lost hope and thought that we’ll get divorced soon… But then I decided to act. After all I’ve got the most beautiful woman on earth. She is the idol of more than half of men and women on earth, and I was the one allowed to fall asleep next to her and to hug her. I began to shower her with flowers, kisses and compliments. I surprised and pleased her every minute. I gave her a lot of gifts and lived just for her. I spoke in public only about her. I incorporated all themes in her direction. I praised her in front of her own and our mutual friends. You won’t believe it, but she blossomed. She became better. She gained weight, was no longer nervous and loved me even more than ever. I had no clue that she CAN love that much.
And then I realized one thing: the woman is the reflection of her man.
If you love her to the point of madness, she will become it.
As much as I hate them this is beautiful
In 1967, Kathrine Switzer was the first woman to run the Boston marathon. After realizing that a woman was running, race organizer Jock Semple went after Switzer shouting, “Get the hell out of my race and give me those numbers.” However, Switzer’s boyfriend and other male runners provided a protective shield during the entire marathon. The photographs taken of the incident made world headlines, and Kathrine later won the NYC marathon with a time of 3:07:29.
So much win yet again.
